The Insta Mart suite encompasses a wide range of applications alongside web panels. The web application, constructed using NextJS, ensures a fast and responsive user interface. Native applications for customers are developed for Android, iOS, and web platforms via Flutter. The delivery application for couriers operates on Android and is engineered to optimize order management efficiency. Additionally, a dedicated Super Admin web panel developed with Laravel allows administrators to oversee roles and access privileges effectively. Furthermore, store owners benefit from a Store web panel created in Laravel, equipping them to manage their operations proficiently.

While the delivery app is designed to function on both Android and iOS platforms, it is advisable to primarily use it on Android devices due to location dependencies. For any pre-sales or technical inquiries, a dedicated support team is readily available, with assistance accessible through our support portal.

Insta Mart's operational framework is structured around defined operation zones enabling businesses to specify areas of service. Stores and delivery personnel function within assigned zones, ensuring that customers can only access zone-specific stores and promotions based on their delivery address. Should a customer's address fall outside these zones, they receive a notification indicating that service is unavailable in their area.

The order flow within Insta Mart is streamlined for efficiency. Customers place orders from selected stores, which delivery personnel receive and accept for fulfillment. Store owners monitor incoming orders via their dashboard, prepare the items, and hand them off to delivery personnel. Orders paid digitally transition immediately into confirmed status on the store's dashboard without requiring delivery personnel verification. For cash on delivery transactions, delivery staff confirm receipt before proceeding with customer deliveries. Stores manage self-pickup orders entirely on their own. Scheduled deliveries initiate 15 minutes prior to the designated time.

The dispatch process enables delivery personnel to view and accept nearby orders efficiently. Administrators have access to real-time information regarding the availability and locations of couriers within specific zones and can manually assign orders as necessary.

Insta Mart’s transaction flow ensures transparent earnings for all stakeholders involved. The system calculates admin commissions alongside seller and delivery personnel earnings based on predetermined criteria. Item values take into account original prices along with applicable discounts, while order values comprise item value, tax/VAT, delivery charges minus discounts when applicable. For self-pickup orders, the total amount reflects item value plus tax/VAT, allowing a single coupon per order for customers.
